I loved the convenient location in Jackson and really enjoyed the room amenities like climate control, a laptop-size safe, and flat-screen TV.

Excellent hotel and the location in the middle of jackson was good. The room was large and fairly quiet, had particularly nice views and featured satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe. Location: the venue was very close to Victoria lake, night clubs, and the restaurant. It was 700 ft from Lake Victoria.

The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson and the staff here was friendly and welcoming. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and close to Mwanza, making it convenient for both business and leisure activities. the room I booked had beautiful views of Lake Victoria.

Spacious family room with city views, comes with an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. the staff here is super friendly and welcoming. 🌟

The noise levels can be a bit disruptive at night.

During Christmas, the hotel offered two complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, allowing me to work seamlessly from my room.

The room was noisy with loud music playing until late at night. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and had a bad odor.
